    Very much enjoy the commentaries which link information presented to actual studies and experiments and data that support the information given. For example, that a randomized trial found that walking 130 minutes weekly nearly doubles the time a person remains free of low back pain. Also enjoy reading the "why" on the importance of walking regularly, in that it keeps structures hydrated, supports muscles that stabilize tieback, improves overall circulation... Compliancy and more information are definitely related to outcomes.
