Your First Visit: Comprehensive Assessment (Approximately 1 Hour)

Your initial appointment is entirely diagnostic. We start by greeting you warmly and reviewing your completed patient information forms to ensure we have the full picture. Then we provide you with science-based educational materials that explain holistic healing, the role chiropractic plays in health, by restoring function of the brain and nervous system which regulates the entire body and its integral role in the healing process. This educational component is crucial—it helps you understand the paradigm shift from symptom-based conventional care to cause-based holistic care.

The examination includes cutting-edge diagnostic tools you won’t find in most chiropractic offices. We perform an EEG (electroencephalograph) “brain scan” that measures your brain’s capacity to engage the healing function compared to the stress response. We conduct a computerized postural assessment that correlates with locations of the Nervous System affected by stress. Dr. Weyrauch performs hands-on palpation to physically locate the source of your problem within the spine and nervous system. All tests provide immediate results, which Dr. Weyrauch reviews comprehensively before your second visit.

Your Second Visit: Results and First Adjustment (45 Minutes to 1 Hour)

This is where everything comes together. Dr. Weyrauch thoroughly explains all your test results in language you can understand, and you receive a complete packet containing all your diagnostic results to keep. Next you’ll be provided with a customized exercise program to perform at home. These may include breathing exercises, stretching routines, and strengthening activities that Dr. Weyrauch demonstrates right there in the office.
