    Good morning, Agree that keeping to your own body rhythmn that one has developed over their lifetime, keeps one healthy and happy and energetic. I like your idea of setting our rhythmns on a monthly schedule. I have always set my rhythmn also to a weekly one, loving Sundays because it was Sunday and had its own divine pace..marta
